1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Clyna.io website or mobile application (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Clyna.io is an online medical tourism marketplace that connects patients with independent healthcare providers in Turkey. We facilitate the discovery of clinics, comparison of treatments, exchange of quotes, booking of appointments, and related communication. Clyna.io does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and acts solely as an intermediary platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform you must create an account. When you do so, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
• You will provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will not share your account with anyone else or transfer it without our consent.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Platform you agree that:

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will respect the rights, privacy and dignity of other users and clinics.
• You will not post content that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise unlawful.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, probe, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited marketing or malicious content.
• You will not use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in any way that harms Clyna.io or third parties.

5. Relationship with Clinics

All clinics, hospitals, doctors and other healthcare providers listed on the Platform ("Clinics") are independent third parties. Clyna.io does not employ, control, supervise or endorse any Clinic and makes no warranty as to the quality, safety, pricing, outcome or legality of any treatment offered. You are solely responsible for evaluating each Clinic, verifying credentials and making an informed decision before proceeding with any treatment. Any agreement for medical care is entered into directly between you and the Clinic.

6. Payment, Deposits and Cancellation

The following rules apply to payments and cancellations made through or in connection with the Platform:

• Treatment fees are paid directly to the Clinic unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by each Clinic and may vary between providers.
• Refunds, when applicable, are handled by the Clinic in accordance with its own policies.
• Clyna.io may charge a service or booking fee for transactions processed through the Platform, which will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees and currency-conversion charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software and the overall design and arrangement — is owned by Clyna.io or its licensors and is protected by Turkish and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clyna.io, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising from or related to: (a) the outcome, quality or side-effects of any medical treatment, (b) the acts or omissions of any Clinic, (c) user-generated content, (d) unavailability, errors or interruptions of the Platform, or (e) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Turkish law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Clyna.io and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any right of a third party.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk for Clyna.io or other users, or violated applicable law. We also reserve the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email, through the Platform or by updating the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
