3. Account Creation

To access all features of the Platform, you need to create an account:

• You must be over 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You may not share your account with others

4. User Obligations

When using the Platform:

• You must comply with applicable laws
• You must respect the rights of others
• You must not share misleading or false information
• You must not compromise the security of the Platform
• You must not send spam or unwanted content
• You must not use the Platform for illegal purposes

5. Clinic Relationships

Clinics listed on the Platform are independent healthcare providers. Clyna.io does not guarantee the quality, outcomes, or prices of treatments offered by clinics. We recommend contacting clinics directly and conducting necessary research before making treatment decisions.

6. Payment and Cancellation

Payment and cancellation terms:

• Payments are made directly to clinics
• Cancellation policies vary by clinic
• Refund processes are subject to clinic policies
• Clyna.io may charge a commission on transactions made through the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and software on the Platform belong to Clyna.io or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clyna.io is not liable for damages arising from: treatment outcomes, clinic service quality, user content, technical failures, data loss, or indirect damages from Platform use.

9. Indemnification

If you violate these Terms of Service, you agree to indemnify Clyna.io and its affiliates against all claims, damages, and expenses.

10. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We also reserve the right to take legal action.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.
